Your personal data is processed exclusively on the basis of a reason set out in Art. 6(1) GDPR, primarily for the purpose of providing the contractually agreed services (e.g. processing enquiries related to real estate sales for development projects, processing a contractual relationship (rental or purchase agreement), property management, etc.)) and for the purpose of fulfilling various legal obligations; in individual cases, your personal data is also processed on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Personal data is also processed on the basis of individual retention and documentation obligations, especially under the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) and other statutory provisions. Within WEGRAZ Gesellschaft für Stadterneuerung und Assanierung m.b.H., FN 58605i, personal data is only made available to those employees who need it for the aforementioned purposes. You and we are both responsible for deleting personal data in our own area of responsibility. If we are the data controller vis-à-vis you, you have the following rights towards us as the data subject, provided that these do not violate any statutory provisions: The right to be informed of whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, which data; the right to receive copies of the stored personal data; the right to have your personal data rectified, changed or erased; the right to restrict the processing of your personal data; the right to transfer your personal data; under certain circumstances, the right to object to the processing of your personal data; the right to revoke your consent at any time without this affecting the lawfulness of the data processing performed on the basis of the consent provided before the point of revocation; the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data authority (Austrian Data Protection Authority); the right to be informed of the identity of third parties that personal data is shared with. No data protection officer has been appointed, as there is no legal requirement for us to do so.
