Alleegasse 6-8

In cooperation with the municipality of Hartberg, WEGRAZ built an exclusive residential and service project in Alleegasse, right in the centre of the historic old town, next to numerous inner-city parking spaces, which contributes to strengthening Hartberg’s centre

In two buildings, approx. 1,100 m² of attractive commercial space was created on the ground floor, which was supplemented on the upper floors by owner-occupied or investment apartments with approx. 47 – 120 m².

In order to ensure a high quality of life even in old age, the focus is on barrier-free accessibility and very good and convenient access to shopping facilities, doctors and other amenities.

Another plus point is the convenient location between Vienna and Graz and the wide range of leisure activities in the immediate vicinity.
