The new My Smart City Graz district offers networked, intelligent and holistic solutions to meet the demands of today and tomorrow. In addition to the location quality of the project area, the amenities of living and the infrastructure are also top priorities.

Smart City Stick:
Running parallel to the railway line, the “Smart Stick” is located in the east of My Smart City Graz. A 6-storey residential building with 48 units is being built on a base containing two commercial units and around 115 parking spaces. All of them have generous open spaces in the form of balconies or private gardens. Instead of a basement compartment, each residential unit has its own storage room, which is located directly in front of the apartments via a pergola.
Smart City Parkside:
“Smart Parkside” – that is two basement floors used as underground parking, a base floor and six residential floors, of which the top floor is a slightly recessed penthouse floor with particularly large balcony areas. All other residential units also have corresponding open spaces and are designed a little larger overall. The apartments of the southwest-facing “Smart Parkside” also offer sufficient living space for families with children. On top of that, they impress with an unobstructed green view of the newly created My Smart City Graz park.
A grocery shop is expected to move into the base zone, which will provide the residents with the best possible local amenities for their daily needs.
